Jiliso Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Bet

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Jiliso platform — including our website at jiliso.best, any associated mobile applications, and related services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and Jiliso.

If you are accessing Jiliso on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. These Jiliso Terms and Conditions should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To create a Jiliso account and participate in any betting or gaming activity, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are physically located in the Philippines or in a jurisdiction where online betting is legal.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by Jiliso or any relevant gaming authority.
• You are not acting as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party for the purpose of betting.
• You have not previously been banned or excluded from Jiliso or any affiliated platform.

Jiliso reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. Providing false information during registration — including your age, identity, or location — is a serious violation of these Jiliso Terms and Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances.

3. Account Rules

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Jiliso account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If we detect duplicate accounts, all accounts involved will be suspended, and any winnings or bonuses credited to those accounts may be voided.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Jiliso is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity of all players. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Until verification is complete, withdrawal requests may be placed on hold.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Jiliso username and password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Any bets placed or transactions made using your credentials are your responsibility. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Jiliso are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ₱100
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500
• Accepted payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO, BPI, UnionBank, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Deposits are generally credited instantly or within a few minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method but typically take between 30 minutes and 3 business days.
• Jiliso does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Your deposit method must match the name on your verified Jiliso account.
• We reserve the right to request documentation for any withdrawal before releasing funds.

5. Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all Jiliso game categories, including sports betting, live casino, virtual sports, and sabong. Specific rules for individual games or sports may be found in the relevant section of the platform.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Jiliso cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the system.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by game or market. Maximum bet limits may apply depending on the event or your account tier.
• In the event of a technical fault or system error that affects the outcome of a bet, Jiliso reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players.
• Bets placed on events that have already started or concluded (late bets due to data feed errors) may be voided at Jiliso's discretion.
• Jiliso's decision on the settlement of all bets is final, subject to the appeal process outlined in our FAQ.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Jiliso regularly offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your Jiliso account as bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses are automatically forfeited.
• Jiliso reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with reasonable advance notice to affected players.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or the use of multiple accounts — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts restricted.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jiliso platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, cheating, or the use of any system or strategy designed to exploit platform errors or vulnerabilities.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Money laundering or the use of Jiliso to conceal or transfer illegally obtained funds.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Accessing Jiliso from a restricted jurisdiction using a VPN or other circumvention tools.

8. Privacy & Data

Jiliso collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data privacy laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Jiliso will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only where required by law or with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform.

9. Responsible Gaming

10. Limitation of Liability

Jiliso is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of winnings arising from platform downtime, data feed errors, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or force majeure events.

11. Account Termination

Jiliso may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we have reason to believe that you have violated these Terms and Conditions. You will be notified by email in most cases, unless the nature of the violation requires immediate action without notice.

You may close your Jiliso account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, after any pending withdrawal holds are resolved.

12. Changes to These Terms

Jiliso reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via email or through a notice on the platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Jiliso after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Jiliso Terms and Conditions.
